So let me get you updated...

So I start a blog....again, and don't do anything on it-that's fabulous. I will try harder from now on. I know all my family in KS would appreciate it if I kept them up to date with pictures.
Christmas day pictures didn't go near as well as I had hoped but I do have a few that are decent, just not necessarily frameable. I shall proceed to explain the next few pictures. The first one on our list is Henry, Naomi and Marcail enjoying a bath and playing with the bath toys they received for Christmas. They love bathtime and going to the park at the beach almost daily definitely warrants a bath!
Henry got a John Deere tractor from Santa this year and so far I am more excited about it than Henry which is kinda a bummer since he always has an eye for them. Believe it or not we do see tractors in this metropolis because they use them on the beach to smooth out the sand. Even some John Deere tractors! Nothing runs like a deer, but some friends of mine would say that nothing runs like a cheetah.............

Anyway! Here we have Christmas at Grandma's. It was so fun for the kids since they really started understanding the whole Santa thing and the process of Christmas day (presents). Their grandma is in the background along with their "second cousin-in-law", Ollie.

This is our humble Christmas tree. I don't really have great decorating skills, so I was just glad the tree was fake and the kids loved the lights!

Henry's highlight of Christmas was this guitar. As soon as he opened it he said, "Like grampa!" My dad plays guitar. He is really good at pretending to play, he taps his foot and sings, sometimes he even jumps while he plays it, like a rock star!!!!

The girls each got princess dress-up dresses, they are starting to really love playing house and dress-up.

Henry, Marc and Nay-Nay got a vacuum to share, but my ever domestic one has laid his claim on it. He calls it a lawn mower no matter how many times I've corrected him.

Marcail and Naomi got strollers, honestly, we wouldn't have had to get the girls anything else, they just play with their strollers all the time!

At our house on Christmas morning opening up stockings.
P.S. Sorry about the way the words were posted, that won't happen again!
