kid-isms I

It was suggested to me by my mom that I should keep a record on my blog of all the funny, cute things that the kids say.
Henry is #1 on my list. He adds an unnecessary word to the end of a lot of his questions, "about". For instance:
"Why my shirt have a tiger on it about?"
or
"Why me wearing gloves about?"
Very unnecessary but cute, huh?

Yesterday, Naomi was wearing a little button-down sweater as her jacket. We were sitting down to eat supper and I told Naomi I needed to take of her jacket and Marcail preceded to tell me,
"That's not a dacket, it's a feder." (That's her word for 'sweater'.)
I didn't even know she knew it was a sweater. It just goes to show how much she really pays attention to what I say.
