first on my 'to do' list

The first thing I was really excited to get started on this morning was making a loaf of whole-wheat bread! This was try #3. I used a recipe I got online and it requires absolutely no oil or kneading! I am happy to announce that it was a success!!!

Look at that lovely, full loaf!

Makes me hungary just looking at those beautiful loaves of bread.WOW
You've got the hang of it. My Mom make bread twice a week when I was a kid and maybe that's why I'm such a bread eater. Dough dabs have to raise to make them good so when you have good dough like you had this time, then try it again. Cut them in small pieces, fry them and then roll them in brown sugar and cinnimon. Kids would love them, but they might need some prune juice later, ha. Happy baking. Love Grandma b.

That's funny! Some prune juice afterward! Well, using whole wheat flour might keep the constipation monster away!
