of headcoverings and little girls

The church we go to practices headcoverings. This is very common with Plymouth Brethren. This is also something I'm very comfortable with since I grew up meeting on Sundays in this way. I used to own two headcoverings but over the years they have somehow been lost, much to me consternation. They are also not the easiest things to find and it's very unlikely that you can just go to the store or a Christian bookstore and buy one. Believe me, I've looked. So, I got online and looked them up and, amazingly, there were quite a few websites that offered headcoverings, or mantillas, for sale. They were called chapel veils on some of the websites I found.I bought this pretty black one from a Catholic website. Marcail was a willing model for me.

Before I bought the black headcovering, I had asked a few of the ladies at church where they had bought their headcoverings and they mentioned that a woman at the church made them and sold them.
So, on Sunday, the lady (her name is Linda), asked me if I was still in need and I said that I had bought one online but that an extra one would be nice. Linda told me she had some in her van and that after church she could show them to me. I was so happy that I was able to get another one and for a few dollars cheaper! I chose this white one:
Marcail, again, modeling her mama's new headcovering.
