We love oatmeal at our house. We have it for breakfast and lunch and sometimes supper too! Not all in the same day, just when I'm feeling like making something light but also filling. So, last night I made some and added some ground flax seed, grated apples (as per my mom's suggestion), and cinnamon and nutmeg to it. Talk about yummy! I sweetened it with honey and the kids asked for seconds. Yay!

I think even I would eat that!
I am not a huge oatmeal fan, but we have it too for ANY meal! The kids like it, so that make me happy.
