Nay-Nay has very stringy blonde hair. The blonde part is cute, the stringy part is not. Her hair is fragile and breakable. It never looks combed and sports lots of cowlicks. As I browsed through some photos of my grandma when she was a little girl I noticed that she and her sister had little bobs for hair 'dos. I thought maybe Naomi's crazy locks would look thicker and more composed in that kind of hair style. So, today, I made an appointement with a stylist in downtown Lindsborg and took her down there for a little cut. I really think it turned out cute. It makes her hair look thicker and I think it will be a little easier to manage.
Naomi did such a great job in the barber's chair. She held her head the way she was asked and never once whimpered or cried. When she was finished she got to pick out the color of ribbon she wanted for her hair and then got to pick out her very own sucker for a job well done!

oh my goodness!!!!! Nene is adorable to begin with, but that bob hairdo is soooooooooooooooooooooo cute! Def looks less stringy, much fuller & seems it will be more manageable. Being someone who has thin hair and very little of it, I can empathize. This reminds me of my short hair that I had for a long time when I was younger! actually... right after having Izaac I chopped my hair that short! Can you imagine!? haha Anyway, good choice on "the do" : )
