they did it!

The twins experienced their first official day of preschool and did so well!
There was not one tear shed or one bit of hanging onto mama for dear life.
I expected the worst and prepared my babes for me leaving them with their class
and I was so pleasantly surprised and pleased!!
I am so proud of my children and look forward to the coming months!

How often will they be at preschool? A lot of times I have parents tell me that they think their child is going to be a nervous wreck the first day, and more times than not the child is so excited to be at school with all the toys and the other children that they are just fine. It's only the really shy ones that have a problem.

How did you do Mama?

I echo Shannon - how did you do, Mama?
Is Naomi eating up the one-on-one time or does she really miss them?

I was just fine leaving them. I was a little nervous about how they would do but I wasn't emotional. At all! I was ready for them to go. Is that bad? I'm gonna say nope! :)
Naomi is quiet w/ me, but we are enjoying our time together playing games on nickjr.com. She does miss her sister and "brudder" though! This is good for us!

I think it's great for them to go! Especially cause it's FREE and it gives you one on one time w/ Nay. I think she is quiet cause she is adjusting to all the focus being on just HER. She'll get used to it :) And you're right! It's NOT bad that you are ready for them to go & it WILL help them when Kinder starts! I am so proud of those wee sweet peas! :)

It's really neat that they have each other to go through life with; the bonus of having a twin!
