St. Patrick's Day is one of my favorite holidays.
I'm not really sure why.
Possibly because I get to wear my favorite color.
Maybe because Potatoes are a major staple on this day
and I love me some taters!
Maybe because I like shamrocks.
Maybe because that means Spring is just around the corner.
Probably all of the above!
Whatever it be, I am enjoying this day.
Even if the kids and I are the only ones enjoying our Irish garb!
