Sometimes, as we walk along the beach, we go far enough to see the workout station that the avid runners and athletes use. Henry thinks this is so fascinating! He even knows what some of the benches and poles are used for. So far, he's found the sit-ups to be the easiest. Lately he's been asking to go for a little walk to the "hiccups" place.
