At the laundromat where we do our weekly or sometimes twice weekly laundry. I was by myself (i.e., my kids and James were at home) and felt inspired to click a few photos. I hadn't brought my camera along so I used the next option-the camera on my phone.

I agree! Great shots. And I'm struck by how "universal" laundromats are. They look the same no matter where you go! Though the cleanliness/smell levels vary greatly. :-)
I agree with Laurie - the look of laundromats seems to be universal. I've spent many an hour at the one here and had some of my best conversations there, although most people just seem to want to be left in quiet.
