thanksgivin' plans

For Thanksgiving this year, we are hosting it at our house.
I am so excited!  I love being able to cook for my family.
My mother-in-law and aunt-"in-law" both work full-time.
This doesn't give them a lot of opportunity to plan and prepare
a big dinner.
So I feel like this is my way to take the stress off the Holiday
for them so they can enjoy it.

Here is the menu I have planned:

Cheese and Fruit Platter

Turkey
Ham
Potato Casserole
Sweet Potatoes
Sweet Corn
Green Beans
Jell-O
Cranberries
Homemade Rolls

Pumpkin Pie
Toll House Cookie Pie

Is that potato casserole like the one with the hashbrowns and cheese and crunchy goodness on top? Ooooooooooh, yummy! Sounds like a great menu!

Yes, Shannon, it most certainly is that one!
