my best loaf of bread yet?

You'd better believe it!
And with a no-knead recipe at that! I get two yummy loaves of bread in half the time as traditional bread recipes! The recipe is as follows:
Easy Delicious No-Knead Whole Wheat Bread
8 C. Whole Wheat Flour
1 C. All-Purpose Flour
1 C. Brown Sugar
1 T. Salt
3 Packages Dry Yeast (not Rapid Rise)
2 C. Water
2 C. Milk
1/2 C. Oil
2 Eggs, beaten
Combine in large mixing bowl 3 cups whole wheat flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
In saucepan, heat until very warm (120-130), water, milk and oil. Then, add to the dry ingredients along with the 2 eggs.
Stir in by hand, 5 cups of whole wheat flour and 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1-2 cups at a time or enough to make a stiff batter.
Leave in same bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled approx. 30 minutes.
Stir down dough and spoon into 2 or 3 greased loaf pans.
Let rise 30 minutes or until just to top of pans.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
When done, bread will sound hollow when thumped.
Turn out on rack to cool.
Some notes: When mixing my dough it stayed very sticky after the 9 cups of flour. I left it sticky. My dough also rose very quickly! The first rise was under 15 minutes before it doubled and in the pans it took under 5 minutes. When I heated my oven I turned it to just under 350 degrees and baked the bread for almost 30 minutes. I also put a small pan of water in the oven to keep my bread from drying out. These are all tricks I've read about or been advised to try since I live in a very humid climate. You may not need to do these things. It worked for me, though!
